With millions and millions of copies of the games and figures sold, Skylanders: Spyro’s Adventure has been one of the hottest recent games. Admittedly, when the game was first released, I only had a passing interest in the title. It wasn’t until Paul streamed the game on his Twitch.TV channel that I decided to get the game for myself.

I bought the 3DS version of the game first, and it’s a fantastic game in its own right. After I was mostly finished with the 3DS one, I picked up the Wii version. I eventually obtained all 32 of the different Skylanders, and also the 4 Legendaries and 1 Dark variant (Dark Spyro, included with the 3DS version). What appealed to me was that each of the characters are completely different (save for the Legendary/Dark variants), each with their own unique abilities, appearances, and personalities. Leveling up and upgrading each of the Skylanders is actually a fun process, and not a chore, adding in immense replay value.

So it’s easy to say that this is one of my favorite games right now. And because of that, I definitely wanted to do a playthrough of the game. Check out the first video of the playthrough below!

I intend on uploading all 22 Chapters of the game, with the additional 4 Adventure Pack Chapters uploaded immediately afterward. I’ll also cover the Heroic Challenges, and perhaps a tutorial or two explaining the Magic Items of the game.

You can check out the entire series playlist by clicking here.

Thanks for watching, and I hope you enjoy the playthrough!
