Not sure why, but I seem to be fond of games that can be quite a challenge, even on easy difficulties. Sin & Punishment: Star Successor gave me a few problems here and there, but it’s amazingly fun to play. The same can be said for my next playthrough, Bayonetta, which can be quite the punisher on your first time. But after some practice (and admittedly luck as well), this game is very enjoyable.
Developed by Nex Entertainment on the Playstation 3, and published by Sega, you play as a witch who has lost her memory and tries to find some clues to get answers about her identity. This type of story has been used to death, but in this game, the cheesy dialogue and humor set it apart from other (but is still very confusing at times). For my playthrough, I’m basically just going from beginning to end, and attempt to explain the story as best I can…attempt.
If you’d like to see more of this playthough (and me failing at some interesting points), you can check out the playlist here.
